A minor update - Vehicle records now have an optional column labelled "Rego Expiry Month" that can be used to keep track of (obviously) when the vehicle is due for registration renewal. It's designed to store values such as "May" or "May 23", so that you can easily search for all vehicles due for registration in a particular month.
Another minor update. Exports from List Views will now include any pseudo-columns that are visible in that view. Examples of this are the "Attendee Count" that appears in the Event List, and the "Member Group" that appears on Member List.
Pseudo-columns are those that you can see in the List but aren't visible or editable when you drill down into a single record View.
The quick export of Members and/or Affiliates now includes Member Type or Affiliate Type by default. Quick Exports are the mailing/email/phone lists available under the "Data Tab" on the home page.
Hopefully this will make these easier to work with when manipulating multiple Affiliate Types where some have magazines posted and others don't.
Member Type now supports a Minimum and Maximum Member No, to allow for clubs who allocated member numbers in ranges according to type. (i.e. Single Members have numbers 1000-1999, Family Members 2000-2999 and so on.)
The Reports Menu now supports a "Club Calendar" report, allowing you to generate a list of club events suitable for distribution to your members. It will produce the calendar in two different formats - a tabular version or one with each event in its own 'block'.
The process by which you can transfer ownership of a vehicle between existing members has been streamlined and simplified. Simply click on the existing current ownership record on the Vehicle page to be taken to a page that allows you to flag that as of a certain date, the vehicle is owned by a different member. An article will be added to the manual explaining this soon.
Direct support for Club Chapters has been implemented. Previously this was attached to Membership Groups (an advanced feature), but this was not suitable for all users. A direct relationship between member and chapter is now available. You can also continue to use Membership Groups if it makes more sense for your club.
Note: a member can only belong to one chapter. More complex rules can always be implemented using custom-info-types, of course.
The sole "custom" field in the Member table has now been expanded to 5 fields, all of which can contain up to 50 characters, and can be named via the Categories page.

* The "Wall" on the home page shows members/partners with upcoming birthdays. (Assuming you have recorded birthdates, of course!)
